The Property Owner Portal is a password protected site where property owners have access to their account details and online payment options. It has contains information intended only for Cassique property owners, like the association's financial reports, past Board meeting minutes and recordings, community directory, newsletters, etc. New property owners are sent a registration email after closing to set up their portal profile. Property owners can also register by visiting the portal login page and selecting "initial login", or by contacting the management office here.

Assessments are billed quarterly and are due on the 1st day of the first month of each quarter. Payments must be received by the last day of the month to avoid late penalties. Payments options include: Autopay: Property owners can enroll in autopay to have their quarterly assessments automatically debited from their bank account. To enroll in auto-pay, please complete the authorization agreement linked here. Online: Payments can be made online through your profile on the owner portal using an e-check or credit/debit card (e-check and debit/credit card payments are subject to service fees). By Mail: Checks should be made payable to Cassique HOA and returned with the remittance slip at the bottom of your statement. If you have misplaced your statement, please send payment to the address below and include your association account number in the check’s memo line to ensure it’s applied to your account. Bank Bill Pay: If you intend to set up your quarterly assessment payment through your bank's bill pay service, please confirm the payment address matches below and your association account number is referenced in the memo or payment notes. Open Board Meetings: Regular open Board meetings are held via Zoom twice a year, on the third Tuesday in May and third Tuesday in October. The Zoom invitation and meeting material are emailed to property owners ahead of each meeting. Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting takes place on the third Thursday in January. This meeting is held at the River Course Clubhouse, with an option to observe remotely. *Please note, meeting dates are subject to change. Please refer to the Community Calendar to verify the scheduled meeting dates. Meeting Archives: All official association meetings are recorded. Video archives from prior meetings are available on the Owner Portal in the documents library.

Yes, Low Speed Vehicles and golf carts may be operated on Cassique private roadways in accordance with the Low Speed Vehicle and Golf Cart Policy.
